In these uncertain times, I wanted to reach out to you personally about what we are doing here at A to Z Dependable Services to support our customers and families. As the situation around novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are doing everything we can to ensure safety and provide maximum flexibility.

Your Home Safety

As it has always been, the safety and security of our customers and team members remains our highest priority. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the coronavirus, we have taken additional measures developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities to make our services, cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous:

• Our teams are receiving ongoing briefings, education, and enhanced operating protocols.

• We have increased the frequency of cleaning our offices, tools, and public areas (including lobbies, door handles, public bathrooms, company vans, etc.) and have continued the use of disinfectant.

• Electrostatic disinfection has been used in our facility and will continue to be used throughout the coming weeks.

• We will continue to adjust our services and safety recommendations.

• We have increased the deployment of antibacterial hand sanitizers, latex gloves, and personal protective equipment..

• We are focused on making it as easy as possible for our Team Members to monitor their own health and make the right decisions for themselves and their families.

• Any team member who may fall ill, even with the slightest symptom will remain home and not come to work until completely healthy.
